About Us

We are a fellowship dedicated to reviving and practicing the Forn Siðr — the “Old Way” of our Norse ancestors. We welcome everyone regardless of ancestry, background, or prior belief. Our community thrives on respect, fellowship, and inclusivity.

Our Story

Our purpose is to:

• Build sacred spaces for worship and community.
• Preserve and teach the wisdom of the old traditions.
• Live by the Nine Noble Virtues: Courage, Truth, Honor, Fidelity, Discipline, Hospitality, Self-Reliance, Industriousness, and Perseverance.

What We Do:

Blóts & Holy Days
We celebrate seasonal blóts and holy days such as:

• Vetrnætr (Winter Nights) – Honoring the ancestors and spirits.
• Yule – The rebirth of the sun and renewal of hope.
• Summer Solstice – Feasting, community, and strength.

Community Building
• Educational workshops on Norse lore, runes, and history.
• Family-friendly events with crafts, games, and feasting.
• Long-term goal: establishing a temple and longhouse for worship and gathering.

The Forn Siðr Way

Our Beliefs
• Reverence for the Æsir and Vanir, the landvættir (land spirits), and our ancestors.
• Living in harmony with nature and the cycles of the year.
• Building strong kinship bonds and supporting one another as a community.

Offerings & Rituals
We give offerings of food, drink, and handmade tokens at blóts to show gratitude and strengthen ties with gods and ancestors.
