Thank you for supporting the Norse Pagan Fellowship. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging (if applicable).

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Digital downloads

    • Event tickets

    • Donation-based contributions

    • Personalized or custom-made items

2. Process for Returns

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If you need a different size, color, or replacement, please contact us.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check your bank or card provider.
